These Addiction Outdoors Breakaway Impact Clips are neat little bait clips that can be added or removed from your rig at anytime. These are strong and reliable. Suitable for use in trapped swivel type rigs or Proper Pulley rigs. They are a miniature combination impact hook release bait clips.

Breakaway Impact clips are mainly used in pulley rigs to hold the hook and bait just above the sinker. This keeps the rig extremely well balanced by having all the weight together at the end of your main line. This increases the control you have when casting and has a dart effect and increases the distance of your cast. When the impact shield hits the water it is designed to flip 180 degrees, releasing the hook and bait to float freely. For best results use with a sand grabber sinker.
